people we're abusing the system and racking up billions and billions. we had to put rules in place to stop that. you should be able to sell your stock and recoup
I wont recoup anything because WWE took an 8dollar/share loss (dropped it under 20.) i was gonna sell off what i have now and rebuy to cut losses, but es no posible
. its completely high-risk/low-gain right now, upstarts and penny stocks do numbas...

is there a way for the game to account for the apple stock split?
Lots of users made a lot of money from AAPL but because the stock split isn't reflected in the game it appears that they lost all their money without shares increasing.
"A share of Apple (AAPL, Tech30) went from costing $645.57 (as of Friday's closing price) to about $92.44 -- give or take a few iCents. That's because the company did what's known as a stock split. It issued more shares to existing investors in order to bring down the price of the stock.
Current shareholders received seven shares of Apple for each one they owned. As a result, the stock price is one-seventh of where it used to be."
