speak on it
Labor is where most of the expense comes from, so do the simple stuff yourself. There's tons of resources online for just about any repair for any whip. If you picked a well-maintained used car, you shouldn't have to worry about major repair issues for a while.

I'm mainly speaking on Mercs and Bimmers. If you get a used Maserati, or some shyt, I can't help you on that one :mjlol:

Now, if you're a girly-man like @Emperor_ReinScarf and don't know how to turn a wrench, gon' get you a Honda Civic. :yeshrug:

Young professionals should drive what they can afford and keep it in good shape. The only other factor should be how much of a cheapshyt you are about preventative maintenance: the worse you are, the more reliable your car should be - so you're not fukked over when you put an extra 5k miles past your scheduled oil change.

If you can swing it though, get a motorcycle for commuting, a ZipCar membership when you absolutely need to haul shyt, and use Uber limos for special occasions. I did it for the past two years before getting a car again, saved a bunch of money over regular car ownership.

That's turrible advice - because once he sees it in person, every other car will seem:wow: and he'll damn-near bankrupt himself to pay the car note.

VERY few sedans top the RS7. Even the regular A7 is :ohlawd:

Word

I walked past a Black Optics RS5 convertible a few days ago and thought to myself that's a pretty bytch.
