There's several reasons for this. One is that people spend too much time online and start believing that what they read virtually is representative of the real world. IR dating gets lots of space online, in the real world most black women don't care if you date outside ur race. Most are of the "I'm the prize mindset" meaning that if u even dare to think u can find somebody better than her than good riddance to u it's ur loss.

Secondly, there's white supremacist ideology that makes people think that if you have the white seal of approval you're really lucky. When the white man likes an asian/black/Latina that race is lauded and it's seen as a positive thing because whitey likes it so it must be good. When a non black is coupled with a black, that non black has a lessened valued, due to perceived black inferiority.

White people [men] are the biggest policers of black penis due to their inherent racism. The few black women who actually do care offline who black men date are generally unhappy with their lives and they go after not only black men bit also any other man, woman, or child who makes them further upset with their pathetic lives. In other words they are just miserable people. The type of black woman who would hate a black man for ir dating will also hate on him for dating a thin woman, a young woman, a lite skinned woman, etc.
