Japan has universal healthcare, much better housing programs, school standards, better social safety nets, better public transport, community policing, lack of guns, and better. A poor person in Japan is not a poor person in America.There is very little crime in poor parts of Japan. Again, its culture.
Poor Kids and teens can be taught to respect themselves, others, and their environment. Do you believe in that statement?
If there's plenty of poor people who dont commit crimes, then criminals need to look themselves in the mirror.
Yes poor people can be taught respect. That’s not going to cut down crime though.
You just keep saying the same thing, so if you want all these poor criminals to be taught better guess what it takes? Paying people to teach them and investing in schools.
