Looks like it's pretty much a done deal. And also that Taylor Kitsch for the RAID remake is not for sure. His schedule would overlap with True Detective. So he might not be able to do the Raid.

Vince Vaughn as Frank Semyon, a career criminal in danger of losing his empire when his move into legitimate enterprise is upended by the murder of a business partner.

Additional casting will be announced as it is confirmed.

Yes, both are confirmed.

That article is retarded though because it more or less says "we knew season 1 would be great because movie stars wanted to be involved, season 2 we can't be sure"....as if movie stars (McConaughey and Harrelson in particular) don't make terrible movies.
