And he's getting shytted on or ignored by the most visible Blacks in sports media at the same time, particularly c00nin A. Smith, who has used Kaep's not voting as his excuse to do what he probably wanted to do from the beginning and perform for his white masters. One of the many reasons why Black people of notoriety don't speak out about things; obviously the mainstream is going to be against you, but then Black people aren't going to defend you either and will throw you under the bus.

I'm from miami. I dont fukk with Cubans. But most American's dont really inow shyt about Castro. And what they know is either from a documentary or one orwo internet articles. You can't tell people who have had family members killed by the STATE how they should feel.

That's like a foreigner trying to school AA on some slavery shyt when they dont know the harm and psychological impact left over from slavery.

The thing is Kap didnt even do that. Dude tried to railroad him into apologizing for his t-shirt and he said he agrees with some things he did and doesnt cosign the rest. He didnt say anything about how Cubans should feel etc.

What I don't understand is the need to keep disturbing the guy for what happened in August. Everyone has a right to pick who his/her hero is. The nerve of these Cubans in Miami to try to shove their bias down everyone's throats, especially when most of them have never been to Cuba and Cubans in Cuba are mad at them for celebrating Castro's death.

Isn't it shocking that the Cubans in Cuba are mourning the death of Castro, while the minority Cubans, who are mostly cacs, in a foreign land are celebrating his death? I think that alone justifies why they're exiled from the country and it makes them look like the bad eggs that needed to go, for Cuba to be a better place. What makes them look like a hypocrite and why no one needs to take seriously is the fact that most of them voted for Trump and they were also celebrating Trump/Pence while celebrating Castro's death - yet they want black folks to join them in solidarity in denouncing Castro who did a lot for people of African descent across the globe. A man who liberated about a quarter of Africa with Afro-Cuban blood and was an ally in struggle of black people all over black diaspora. Crazy fakkits with misplaced sense of entitlement.
That's what they fukkin do and what they will continue to do..

Those Miami cubans tend to discount or dismiss anyone's opinion who doesn't agree or benefitted from Castro's influence in another capacity. We all agree he did bad but he helped fuel an anti colonialism spirit in the Caribbean. He also helped a lot of kids get an education they previously couldn't get anywhere else.

It's all about being different worlds which they ironically hate Castro for shutting out why demeaning others for having.

We all know dude was a dictator but he's seen as a Caribbean icon for fighting back elites (native and foreign) who tend to treat our islands like their own playgrounds and restrict opportunities.

Plus apartheid was a huge issue and even got some cricketers black listed in the Islands for playing in an exhibition game in South Africa. His involvement in Africa endeared him even more so.

We use Cuba's healthcare system for emergencies
Scholarships and/or access to Cuban universities - tons of poor kids got opportunities they previously didn't get in England or the US.
Cuban workers and engineers have helped erect some airports and bridges throughout the islands
