You guys do realize that it will always be this way until black people own the actual business.

At some point we are going to have to realize that being a (1) high paid employee, or (2) face of a business or (3) boasting an extremely minimal share (like your fav) is not going to move the needle when it comes to accepting or respecting black folks in general and as a whole.

This is a minor result of abandoning the Negro Leagues. There's absolutely no reason why black people dominate football & basketball but have no place in ownership, the front office or a decent portion of the coaching jobs. So what are y'all gonna do about it???

call centers,insurance,car salesman etc most of these jobs had requirements about personal appearance though. I was cool with dressing up against my will,but I didnt change my hair ever even under pressure when I had the fro blown out like Kaepernick

I've had all kind of hair styles,from the fro,to dreads,the dru down ocean wave,shirly temples curls,braids,twist,the braids with the beads on the end,even had the Mack 10 with the berretes on the end.

even wore the durag for while i had on my oversized church clothes,til they got slick and tried to classify the durag as a hat
