True but he could play again in the NFL under one condition. That would be the "buckbreak rule". Basically "they" want him to show contrition, cry, and vow that he's a changed man and see's the errors in his ways and wants to be a more productive citizen.

Kaep is my man 100 grand but he is never playing in the NFL again. There are a lot of former starters that are either frew agents to retired. They will get called first.

Breh people just fail to understand that even in a normal situations this is normally the course for black QBs in the NFL.
