Kaep has never had the playoff blunders that Kaep and Russ have had, that's for sure. I'm talking about Kaep's YPA when he came into the league not last year. Last year is a retarded season to compare given how trash the team was from the front office all the way down to the personel. Cam and Russ still play in offenses that are built around them. Not the case for Kaep. Those who support Kaep go off of his play when he had the talent around him. His play was very good to great at times.
Keap never had the playoff blunders (I assume you mean) Cam and Russ had? Even if that was the case (we have forgotten the failed fade to Crabtree already?) what's your point? I already admited he's had some great playoff games. But he's never been consistently great or even really good.
Y'all can't seem to come up with any actual tangible evidence of his supposed greatness, just a bunch of what if's and buts.. the nikka was never that good.

Know your shyt before you talk it.

Gabbert's YPA was higher than Kaepernick's, 7.2 to 6.6

And most people who don't want Kaep aren't saying Gabbert should be the guy either, that's not my case. I`ll take Gabbert over Kaep, but we need to find the real QB of the future and i do not see Gabbert as that guy, maybe w/ Kelly that could change, but as of what i saw in 2015 he is not that dude to build a team around

Cutting bait on Gabbert makes no sense though, he is at a very low rate for a QB, he's showed he can play in the league at a decent level and would be the vet to mentor a drafted QB. Also, Chip made Sanchez and Foles look good so i`m sure Gabbert will improve with him

OH....so you wanna talk stats

Blaine Gabbert was 2nd in the NFL in failed completions; 35% of his passes were failed compeltions.
What are failed completions?
These are any complete passes that fail to gain 45 percent of needed yards on first down; 60 percent on second down; or 100 percent on third or fourth down

But Blaine Gabbert had a higher YPA than Kaepernick.

When the Niners managed to win games, they averaged more ppg when Kaepernick was the starting QB than when Gabbert was (22.5 to 20.6) meaning the offense was better in wins with Kaepernick than with Gabbert;
Buuuuut Blaine Gabbert had a higher YPA than Kaepernick.

In their wins, Kaepernick averaged a better completion percentage than Gabbert at 65.6% to 60.0% and also had a higher YPA than Gabbert at 9.5 to 7.3.
Buuuuuuuuuut Blaine Gabbert had a higher YPA than Kaepernick

Let's talk about Yards per completion; Where as YPA is basically the number of yards divided by the number of attempts, YPC will show us per completion how many yards on average the passes were going. Care to guess what this stat will show us?
:sas1:

Overall, the YPC for both was about the same (11.4 for Gabbert and 11.2 for Kaepernick), but in the wins, Kaepernick's YPA was 15.3; Gabbert's was 12.4
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut...Blaine Gabbert had a higher YPA than Kaepernick.

Blaine Gabbert had a Quarterback Rating over 100 ONE TIME this season. Kaepernick had 3.

Let's look at the overall offense.

In his 2 wins, the offense under Kaepernick averaged 6.4 yards per play, averaged 60.5 plays per game, averaged 393 yards per game, averaged .5 turnovers per game, averaged 20 first downs per game and averaged 147.5 yards rushing per game.

In his 3 wins, the offense under Gabbert averaged 5.3 yards per play, averaged 67 plays per game, averaged 355.7 yards per game, averaged 1 turnover per game, averaged 17.3 first downs per game, and averaged 120.7 yards rushing per game.
(Keep in mind these numbers include an OT game with the Rams where the offense gained 458 yards of total offense. Even with that boost, Blaine's numbers don't compare with Kaepernicks).
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut...Blaine Gabbert had a higher YPA than Kaepernick.

Also, for good measure, earlier you mentioned how the defense used to carry Kaepernick to wins, and how too many times you saw Kaepernick throw for under 200 yards and the defense would bail the niners out with the win...
2 of the 3 wins Blaine Gabbert had, he threw under 200 yards.

Next time, know your shyt before you talk it.

Why only use the stats from the wins? Considering the 9ers lost quite a few more games than they won, why would you intentionally use the smaller sample size?
