did you read the article? she gave him up when he was an infant. he was supposed to go into social services until he was of proper age (i forget how many months cuz i read the article the other day) until the Kaepernicks could adopt him. but she had none of that cared for him in his early months until he was of legal age (per Wisconsin adoption laws)

6 or 7 years of age = she stopped asking for updates on Colin and the Kaepernicks stopped providing as well...
