Coliseum worst poster of the year banner and subsequent penalties

It's been suggested to me that I ask if the fistful of kobe stans all banding together to flood the coliseum with shyt threads all be allowed to share the "seum WOAT" banner should one of them win. Not sure if that's practical, but with so many of them and being asked to check, I may as well. More importantly, I think that it is a fair request, as was made last year that the winner loses thread making abilities for the year. Can that be done?

Any idea what's causing the hall of shame posters to have their rep reset, or is that intentional? It happened last year too when awards were handed out.

They're not going to do it. It's been suggested for years but they never want to do it. Which is strange because they've restricted thread making for other users before.

All you can do is put him on ignore. The WOAT banner is just for show. There won't be any penalties with it.
