Her and my girl cousin ( both married & 2 kids ) got a gym membership added on our accounts.


Luckily they the same build. 5'2 ish 125 lbs.


They both want to tone there stomachs, tighten/ lift thier ass. Nothing dramatic tbh.


I want to put something together so they don't waste money and actually enjoy/fulfill the workout.


3/ 4 days a week is ideal.


Of course I can google some shyt, but I rather get some input from my brehs and brehettes.

Easy ladies.

No weight, free weights, and machines all get love.

Just need to find the right mix to get then motivated and results.
