I dont watch CBB anymore, but it always seem like coaches, at least the better ones, always ran with more system ball. And they'd stick to that system ball until it sunk them. There's not many just overbearing individual performances like your Monk + Foxes last year. Its good that they teach them system ball, but that style of play with many irrelevant prospects being used as cogs does make for some stinkers
such as the natty last year. I think the Zags made it? They just had no one that you could really sit down and say "you beat your matchup straight up" from UNC. The Zach Collins fella got in FT early and I think most of the whole roster was in FT actually. Nigel Goss might as well stayed at home. Without ref ball, that game probably would've ended with sub 90 combined points
