do you idiots not realize that imagery is one of the prime principles of lyricism? you can listen to all the lyrical miracle spiritual rap you want, doesn't change the fact that imagery is one of the most important standstills of being an effective lyricist.
I mean you can act like little kids and take lines out of context all you want, fact is those lines are good as it progresses the narrative of the set of bars and paints a picture in your head. if you don't think it's lyricism, you have no idea of the fundamentals of hip-hop.
that intellectual reciprocal idiot even admitted nas was a great storyteller.....yet the cheetah line he always posts to make fun of is an example of just that, as is the whole song. stories of his life in NY.
