You have white people colonize a population, then turn one group of people against another, and the descendants of the oppressed blame other black people and kill them.

Freed slaves made up a small percentage of the population but has control of the country for decades until they were overthrown. So those freed slaves were basically white people with black skin.

Haitians fought for their freedom and kicked the French out, but they still speak French to this day. A permanent colonial scar.

Creole is a African/French hybrid.

Once again if it's all they know and it works then why would they make it a main priority to fix what they don't consider broken? I've never heard a Haitian person say that their parents didn't teach them Creole so they could fit into America but I know multiple Spanish people that purposely don't teach their kids Spanish for them to be American. That's assimilation.

Different empires come and go and this is just Europe's time. And the reason the US has these stupid bases everywhere is because white people are paranoid that somebody else is going to get an advantage.
