My Wife’s results came back today. Last time they took a few months. This time only a week. No cancer but she does have abnormal cells via HPV.
:to:
She’s going to meet a specialist and the specialist will decide if they can catch all the cells with the same colonoscopy procedure or if she should have full blown surgery.
:mjcry:
God is good. Her spirit is good. She knows she’s can’t control anything and will take the advice of the doctors.
:blessed:
I’m fasting this Wednesday and praying throughout. I’m in Japan for another 27 days so it sucks not being able to hold her. Physical touch is a major part of a partnership and love.
:mjcry:
We are looking to move out here in June but may have to wait until November depending on the scheduling of the procedure, results, and recommendations.

I just want her to be fully healthy and they find everything they can.

Coli Brehs take your health seriously. If you have family history of cancer, don’t. Wait until you are 45. Get it done now.
Wife had another procedure to clear up some more areas. It went well but they decided to do an ultrasound and found more cysts. Now she has to have one more procedure where she will go under.
:mjcry:
It’s a quick 5 minute deal so there aren’t any worries. Should get the results before we leave for Japan.

I had to get tested for HPV. Apparently there are strains that cause cancer. Got tested and was clear. Probably because all those military shots. I’m getting immunized now. It’s a three series shot.
:whew:
To all the fellas with daughters, please get them immunized. If you can prevent cancer with a shot…
I know we are fearful of the govt but do your research and get them immunized. All of these procedures could have been prevented if she was vaccinated.
:francis:
Fellas get vaccinated as well. Idk the stats for HPV, men, and cancer. It’s all fun and games until you let the wrong one ride your face and you out here like Michael Douglas with throat cancer.
:merchant: :beli: :damn:

I’m 35 , am I close to that time ? :sadcam:
Family history. If anyone in your family caught cancer in their 40’s, doctors recommend you start ten year prior to mom and pops diagnosis. Otherwise, I think it’s 45 now???? Doesn’t hurt to start at 40. Rectal cancer is killing black men at a higher rate. Red meats are a contributing factor.

Got mines about 2 months ago (I have to get screened earlier because of family history). Doc said I'm good for ~3 years now
:salute:

To those that haven't had it, the hardest part is really just pooping a lot and a restricted diet the day b4. Definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you and the fam.

We did it! I just woke up from mine 2.5 hours ago and just finished off some taco bell after starving for 1.5 days of nothing but gatorade and chicken broth

All went well, anesthesiologist said you will be asleep in 5-10 seconds :myman:

I am like, will see about that (Propofol ) :skip:

Damn, maybe 10-15 seconds later I said my head felt tingling and then...:dead:

Woke up less than hour later, room was clear, I didn't feel anything and was 95% focused and ready to go. :gladbron:

Did it a couple days ago.
Man that shyt was easy :childplease:.

Why does colonoscopy have a reputation as being a big deal? Aside from drinking the nasty shyt for prep, it was absolutely nothing.

And the peace of mind nikka? :krs:

Outstanding. 10/10. Highly recommended.

I think that’s laughing gas from dental surgery.

You will likely just wake up like you’ve had a full nights rest.
Nah you still be out of it after anesthesia that's why you have to have someone to take you home afterwards or they won't do the operation

Have a facemask nearby so even if you do say wild shyt to whoever is driving you home it'll be muffled :manny:

I mean being put to sleep and then putting objects in that area………

Women are generally use to it but men not so much

True you're mostly just fading in and out of sleep so that's where the talking comes into play

I remember when I got my teeth pulled, when I finally became cognizant my mom was asking me wild questions like I was blurting out crazy secrets while we were on the way home :sadcam: she even named dropped one of my HS side pieces name so I knew for sure I was saying shyt she shouldn't have heard
