Yeah that's in most states, I think it's because the spores do not have psychoactive compounds in them so you have no basis to make them illegal. Every time I buy spores they say "these are for microscopy purposes only, cultivating these spores is illegal" to cover their assesRep the the thread. Been wanting to grow some years, but I heard it was a lot of work. Up here in Michigan it's so ass backwards. Shrooms are illegal, but you can have the spores to grow them. Like wtf you think I'ma do with the spores, look at them?
Colorado brehs, now that they decriminalized mushrooms you should learn how to grow them yourselves, its so easy and pretty cheap. Come in here!
