I watched him burn my Cowboys but haven't seen many Cards games.

What's his issue specifically.....QB play, poor route running/getting separation, inconsistent hands or not understanding the playbook and adjustments at the line?

Dude looked like a bigger, more physical version of his dad in college. Feel like on a better team, he'd get more mileage. Basically a QB on Dak's level or better (Mahomes, Burrow, Allen, Jackson etc) would unlock whatever he's got. Probably 1,000 or 1,100 yd receiver and 10 tubs a year.

As someone who lives in Arizona and had to sit through this horrible season from both the Cardinals and Ravens

MHJ has two main problems… he can’t get separation.. at first I thought it was just Kyler not being able to see him but when they got Brissett in.. he was a betting pocket passer

Secondly and the most frustrating part is he will be a great position to make a impactful play and he keeps trying to catch the ball with his body.. like bro where your hands at?

I thought his numbers would be wayyyy better once they got Kyler out of there but I just don’t know man.. he might not be that dude

MHJ played better when the midget was out but he's not what he was advertised to be, plus he can't seem to stay healthy.

I admit that Kyler is fukking terrible and if MHJ had a better QB/OC he'd be more productive but the drops, the lazy routes when he's not being targeted and the inability to win at the catch point is all on him.

It sounds like his raw physical talent was enough in college but he doesn't have that dawg in him?

Gotta be a hands catcher if you're a #1 receiver.

The separation issue can also be solved with a better QB that can make tight/contested window throws......but again that only works with hands catchers. Otherwise the DB gets that extra split second to break up the pass.

When I saw him jump and catch a ball in his midsection when he was wide open I knew there was an issue. He just does not feel comfortable catching with his hands for whatever reason.
