It's pep fault for throwing the ball in double coverage

It's pep fault cause he the one who gave Andre Johnson a contract

It's pep fault cause he signed those offensive lineman

It's pep fault cause he handle last year draft..

Pep can go to Tennessee and help mariota out and stunned the Colts

Why are you caping for Pep?

What has he done in his career that makes you think he can go to Tennessee and help Mariota out?

No one is blaming Pep for any of that shyt, he's getting blamed for being a shytty OC on his own

You guys in here acting like Pep is actually an asset..

i rather have Pep than Mike Shula :scust:

Pagano is :trash:

I don't think so, I'm not sure you want those problems.

When Indy fired Caldwell people :cape: for him too, now he's out there ruining the Lions as expected. Feel bad for the team that fukks up and hires Pep.

Would you rather have Chudzinski back over Shula though?

Let me break this shyt down for you guys so you can understand what's going on here:

Indys main problem off the field is that there's a power struggle between Pagano (HC) and Grigson (GM).
Pagano wanted Chudzinsky as his OC but Grigson meddles too much and blocked him. They hired Pep thinking that since he's Stanford he'd help make Luck's transition easier.
Now that Pagano is almost certainly getting fired end of year, they got rid of Pep early so they could let Pagano go out with his own guy.

Pep Hamilton was always a source of complaint, even when Indy's offense was looking better. Indys offense stalled out a lot of time due to poor design last season, and Luck had a fine season then.

He's the odd man out right now on a bad coaching staff. You guys want to make him into some hero, like he's unfairly taking a fall for Luck performing badly, then whatever. I just hope your team hires him so me and the rest of Colts fans can sit back and laugh at you.

I'm not caping for Pep at all. It's just that everyone involved has done a shyt job, and they fired him first.

I watched the whole game on Monday. Pep's play calling wasn't perfect, but he actually called a good enough game to beat an undefeated team, but his QB threw a bunch of stupid passes that any OC would advise his QB not to throw. That loss was on Luck, not Pep. I just don't think an OC should be fired right after he calls a game that is good enough to beat an undefeated team.

Seeing as how Monday's game doesn't explain the firing, it isn't crazy to suggest race might be a factor. If you want to dismiss race as a factor in hiring/firing decisions in America, you're an idiot and I'd like to invite you to my poker game.

Wasn't he the OC last year when you guys went to the AFC championship? When Luck had his best year and threw 40 tds? Didn't his offense go 2-0 without Luck this year? Andrew Luck has been terrible this year, no need to fire the OC or the HC. Luck got benched for good reason, and it showed because his 40 year old sick replacement went 2-0

Lol @ going in on Pep like he's always been a terrible OC...I never heard these complaints last year.

I have no problem with him being fired, but this is just a desperation move in the same vein as Detroit.

Lucks reason for getting injured was a shoulder injury. You in here trying to spin it like the Colts intentionally benched him for poor play.
Hasselbeck went 2-0 against the Jags and Texans. I swear on everything even if Luck had played those games and won, people would shyt on him for it because they are AFC South teams. "Oh he can only beat teams in his shytty division" but when Hasselbeck does it it's "Hass is the better option because he beat teams in that shytty division!"

Indy is one of the most undisciplined teams in the league. Constant penalties. Coaching moves that make no sense at all (biggest example fake punt vs NE).
Indy has been coming out flat and unprepared for years, and their coaching staff rarely shows the ability to gameplan and make halftime adjustments.
But Indy is supposed to keep dudes like Pagano and point the finger at Luck.

I hear you but Pagano was ripping Luck before the "injury" about turnovers. People are open on your offense but Luck constantly throws into double coverage. Now Andre Johnson and Gore are quite :flabbynsick: but I guess we'll see what happens. I think Pep will get another shot at OC or a HC offer in college.

Luck hasn't played well this season.

But Luck was covering up a lot of this coaching staffs' flaws before when he was playing well. Just like Indy had no business coming back against Carolina last week, they were winning those kind of games in the past.

Now that Luck has fallen off, there's been more pressure on people like Pep to perform and they've gotten exposed.

Where is Pep to make the correct adjustments? When was he gonna involve the TEs more in the gameplan or use shorter passes?? Luck is playing poorly and Pep was still dialing up 15 yard pass plays on 3rd and 1. Indy's offense line has been poor and Pep is calling up 15 yard pass plays on 3rd and 1. Why is Indy's offense so predictable even when they run the ball?

Pep Hamilton just hasn't consistently called great games of football with the Colts. This is the same guy that continuously drew up horrible plays for Trent Richardson last year because he wanted to stick to the run no matter what. Gore has played well, aside from some horrific fumbles. So why has Gore gotten about the same amount of carries that Richardson had through this point last year?

Indy has been at their best when they are in full panic mode and everything goes out the window. They've been at their worst when they are sticking to the gameplan. Carolina game is perfect example of this. I was crossing my fingers and hoping he'd learn on the job and improve over time but he hasn't. Time for Indy to let someone else dial up the plays.

Also if Luck is the issue, Indy needs a strong OC or offensive minded HC to help fix him. Pep don't appear to be that guy.

I wanted him gone after his 1st yr :russ:

He's a horrible playcaller. And is clueless when it comes to handling personnel.

I remember after tge Texans gm, Deion told Frank and AJ that he think Pep is gonna be a head coach. They had the funniest expressions on their face. :russ:

Most of the people complaining, only watch 2 or 3 colts gms a yr.

Pep Hamilton was Stanford's oc like Brad Childress was the Eagles OC under Andy Reid. He was not yhe primary playcaller. That can't be said enough.
