I uber everywhere...but thats besides the point. it seems as if you are punishing the act instead of the consequence. they have laws (manslaughter) that punish drunken murders like these. but giving somebody 2 years in prison for simply being over the limit while driving is kind of a stretch and would lead to way too many people in prison. thats too severe

They could always not go over the limit
