Eric dikkerson
Marshall Faulk
Corey Dillon
Edgerin James
Jerome Bettis
Marshawn Lynch
Curtis Martin
But none of those are remotely recent with the exception of Lynch and that was like 15 years ago. And was Lynch even considered elite in Buffalo?

Bills have to make this trade if they have any intelligence whatsoever :mindblown:

Would love for the Steelers to do it

Najee is so regular :to:

If someone is willing to pay this then take it, but overall this situation is stupid.

Hopefully they stand firm and refuse to trade for less.
Your mentality is why I don’t care when players ask out in any league. Fans will always choose the team over a player even if that player is being done dirty because you don’t care about them as individuals.

Interested to see what happens to him and Josh Jacobs. Leveon Bell fukked around and found out what happens when you sit out a season. Dude was out of the league before his 30s. So that’s not an option.

But if I was those dudes im not trying to play without a long term deal in place as well. I dunno what they should do

Just because they let him seek a trade doesn't mean they need to accept it. I can see them doing this to appease him with no intention of trading.

I’m curious if they really are that delusional to still be asking for long term deals.

Full stop, that does NOT make sense.

However we should see more 2 and 3 year deals at high value. If David Montgomery can get 3/18, and if Dawson Knox can get 4/50 with 30m guaranteed :dead: I forgot all about his deal…then they draft Dalton Kincaid. Teams definitely have money to spend. The standard contract for an elite back should be like 2 for 25-27

colts are idiots
you draft a franchise qb number 1 and are starting him day 1 but taking away one of the best rbs in the game so now he can get killed more

I seriously think they're making this decision based on Steichen's run in Philadelphia, and the negative opinion people had of Miles Sanders based on the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

Wouldn't be surprised if the assumption is that he can recreate last year's success with the Eagles with even mediocre backs.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember that Lynch wasn't really viewed as all that great during the Buffalo portion of the career, and there were a lot of people that that he might've been washed when he was traded to Seattle.

You expect anything more from them?

They drafted Andrew Luck and got him killed so he had to retire in his twenties
