Combat Jack kicked Premium Pete off the show?

Premium didn't add much to the show after Dallas Penn left but I think that's because the format changed to just being about the guest. Like many have said in here the show was at its peak when it was Combat, DP, Pete and Just Blaze. I still listen if there's a guest I'm interested in but I skip a lot more than I listen to these days.

Combat hasn't improved IMO. He has great guests but is not a good interviewer and never could find a format that fit. My early favorite Combat moments were Dallas, Pete, Matt Raz, etc just shooting the shyt talking before the guest came on. That shyt was entertaining.

I don't like how Combat interrupts guests and changes the subject right as they bout to say something interesting. Yea Pete wasn't great once it became him and Combat but I feel like Combat deserves some blame. If that's your man you gotta give him a role to play and expect him to be good at it. Instead I got the impression Pete was just there to be w prop from the old days...

I havent paid attention to the show for a while, because i just haven't been interested in the guests. Like others have said. His show is only interesting when he has certain types of guests.

Any off these new dudes, or non East Coast dudes(with some exceptions), it just doesnt work.

at least Juan Epstein hasn't changed. Still sucks Ciph is off of hot97 because they could get anybody since both were always at the station
