Will be interesting. I'm a TWC customer, and when Fios started breaking through, I asked the folks at the VZW store why we in the are couldn't get it. Their response was that they and TWC had come to some kind of agreement, meaning that it (Fios) wouldn't be coming to our area, and we would be stuck with TWC. Wonder if this will have any bearing on that agreement.

At the amount of misinformation in this thread. If Comcast has a great product, its their Internet and speed packages. I haven't known anyone to be sent a letter or throttled. Getting Comcast level Internet service will be a blessing to all those suffering with Roadrunner on Time Warner.


Also TW was in deep, deep trouble and bound to be acquire by someone. Charter failed in this deal IMO, low bidded TW then wouldn't agree to split territories with Comcast.

i gave my nephew my network password so he could have internet on his phone and he downloaded a bunch of mp3s with a piratebay app and i got like 30 copyright infringement emails in one day...but the worst thing about comcast is data caps...

....but they won't even give us a DECENT raise. It doesn't even make sense to participate in the Stock purchase plan, you would have to MAX out your contribution just to see a SMALL profit. What they need to do is invest in a new technology, and stop putting those OLD cable boxes and that other shoddy ass equipment in peoples homes.

Not true there's been reports that caps are happening in Tennessee and Louisiana.
