I can't stand comcast

I have cable vision at my apartment in the city and they're worse than comcast. My other provider is twc and they've always been decent the prices are "low" and the internet is fast. In NY where I have cable I literally only have once choice for a cable provider. At some point regulators have to say enough is enough.
