I'm just not a big fan of preemptive justice. Judging or punishing some one before a crime has actually been committed. Price gouging is illegal(from what I understand) and until they actually gouge, they are innocent imho.

I concede though. Non- govt. Monopolies are considered inherently evil around here, and that really all there is to it.

you think that viewing monopolies as neither good or bad inherently is bias? or being against preemptive justice?

From my first post I asked what has been done wrong... and its clear the fuel for this thread is merely potential. if it wasnt some one would have stated what has been done...
