Yep. I cross the boarder at Nogales. My dentist is amazing there. I do my cleaning stateside but anything else I get done in Mexico. Cheap and good work. Helps if you get referrals from people here who know so you know you're not getting ripped off or some quack down there. I'm in PHX so it's not very far. Boarder crossing is easy.

had my teeth done in colombia. great experience. super cheap. 
The cost of living in Mexico is a lot cheaper. Unless something is imported from a more expensive country, everything else is likely to be cheaper. So American toothpaste might cost a lot of money but local food and rent will be affordable for locals. Likewise healthcare.. Mexicans couldn't afford to pay USprices at a rate to make a profit.Are the people professionally trained? Do they have degrees? Why is it so cheap? Have you ever gone there yourself? Is it safe?
