Whats good Coli Kids? I'm starting a new work out regimen next week and need some advice on protein shakes, Diets & tweaks to the regimen its self. Ive been working out for about 2 months and Ive seen some improvements but now I'm ready to buckle down and get really serious about getting healthy and gaining more muscle mass. I'm 6'1 190 lbs. I want to be around 210 by this time next year.
