Yeah you won.
Lotta ppl think the studio is the struggle flex, in some cases this is so, but not here.
With the right decorating, you will b fine.
Electric and water included tho? Just b careful with that washer and dishwasher goin at the same time thats $$$.

Naw. So I'll have to watch myself.

This is a lame humble brag thread obviously

Daaamn Daniel. Where you live?

You gotta have it ROUGH if you think I'm trying to felx with this crib.:mjlol:

Link your gofundme page, I'll donate.

^^^^This. I've been homeless before. That apt ain't bad by no means. Don't get caught up in the bullshyt rat race OP. That spot is nice.

I've been homeless too. That hutsling for a roach motel in the eses hood or riding the bus back and forth all night was no joke. And I'm not gonna talk about the nights I had to strech out at Pershing Square on the concrete.:mjcry:

What's the beef? It's just a small apartment..looks clean and legit. As long as you don't have a host of kids, it doesn't matter.

No kids yet.

Congrats we all start somewhere. God bless the child that has his own. The fixtures are nice. Though I hate Ikea they have plenty of items for small spaces, especially storage, at affordable prices. Also, I used the below site when helping my younger friends and relatives arrange their cozy space. Suggest you get a gay friend or a bougie girlfriend to help you decorate. Might suck if you have a dog though. Keep the thermostat at 65 in the winter and 72 in the summer and your energy bill will be non-existent. :banderas:

Thanks breh. I'm about to check that site out.

I live in a crappy studio apartment right now and your place looks nicer than mine. The one thing I don't like is how the kitchen area bleeds into the rest of the apartment. I kind of have a separate space for the kitchen. But your kitchen is also bigger and I don't have my own washer/dryer.

First world problems, brehs. :comeon:

Can't deny that.

:ohhh:

Shoulda never moved to NYC...
Always shoulda gone back to the souf
:mjcry:
Naw man. Their rent is cheap for a reason. Whenever I pretend I'm not a cali nikka through and through I vacation in the south and living there would be boring as fukk. I've been through a lot of cities too. I'm not smoking a blunt in some hot ass weather or playing soccer in hot humid weather on a field that has big ass bugs and snakes. I love my exterminator. I ain't seen an ant in months.

I almost fell asleep driving through the south because the landscape was so flat. I suggest living anywhere you want outside of the city. If you're a city kid you'll always return to a big city. I enjoyed living without electricity or running water. I only came back because I ran out of money.

Thanks.

It's 1145/mo in Seattle.
Why? :scust: My mortgage ain't even that high.

I never understood why the most rainy city is so expensive and people want to flock there. I've been there a few times and I don't get it why it's so popular.

You are a cac? I know most love Seattle.

I'm more of a why not type of guy. I've done LA, I've done Portland, why not Seattle now.:manny:

And no I'm not a cac.

niglet that's exactly what you're trying to do. I live in a year old high rise in Chicago so don't worry about me, I just think this thread is pathetic. Do you really think this apartment is sad for a man who couldn't be older than 20 considering how immature you come across? You're answer explains how unnecessary this thread is

Houston
Wow, my mortgage out here in Houston on a 3000 sq ft home in a master-planned community is only slightly higher than that.

BUT

I'm married with 4 kids now and I lowkey sometimes miss that single life (not often but still). It'll be easy to fix that crib up and decorate it so that you make it your own plus Seattle is a nice city and you sound like you have a good financial acumen. Live this time of your life the fukk up dude! props
