Naw man. Their rent is cheap for a reason. Whenever I pretend I'm not a cali nikka through and through I vacation in the south and living there would be boring as fukk. I've been through a lot of cities too. I'm not smoking a blunt in some hot ass weather or playing soccer in hot humid weather on a field that has big ass bugs and snakes. I love my exterminator. I ain't seen an ant in months.

I almost fell asleep driving through the south because the landscape was so flat. I suggest living anywhere you want outside of the city. If you're a city kid you'll always return to a big city. I enjoyed living without electricity or running water. I only came back because I ran out of money.

Wear thermals or layer up. Your body will adjust. After rooming with upstate NY, North Dakota and London CACS, living in Western Europe and mad layovers in Reykjavik I am used to any chill. And this is someone whose roots in the South and San Diego. When I lived in a 900 sqft apartment my energy averaged $30. I have no health issues though. I would adjust the temperature when I had guests. And I meant to type 75 in the summer and turning the AC off completely at night depending on the humidity. Can even skip the heater all together and use electric blanket or small heaters when in a tight space, especially if the apartment is insulated. Wouldn't go higher than 69 F though. A penny saved pays a lot in the future.
