its a LOT of albums that i've listen to,and even liked more then east 99, but i also know that most of'em are not truly universal classic's, nor are they on the same level overall as east 99..
that album is one of the few where the production was top notch & still matched the group image, flow, and content perfectly..and even thou it was other rappers/groups that spit that fast flow b4 them, they were the 1st to really do it consistently throughout a album with a harmonic twist,therefore making them unique and something vastly different from what we usually heard..
