are you skipping it for dieting reasons or because you're intolerant as well? just curious.

NO ONE can properly/fully digest gluten, EVERYONE is some degree of celiac. I'm far from fat, so I do it mostly because bread leaves me (and most others, they just don't know it) feeling sluggish.
