Cesaro is gonna be the "protected child" forever, cause no matter what kinda push he gets, I don't think he'll ever get pushed high enough to be subject to the turn.

Owens definitely gets the turn by the time Mania rolls around.

if/when Balor returns to huge fanfare and a resumed push toward the main event, the turn is in full mode by next SummerSlam. Only an inexplicable heel turn by Balor would stop it from happening.

New Day is well on their way toward the turn... the only one who will not receive the turn is whichever one turns heel.

Sasha will finally get her time to be on top for a solid amount of time... at which point, the turn takes shape. The only reason it won't take shape is if it happens to Bayley first.
