Way more flavorful than steak in my opinion. I’m about to go back on a ketogenic diet start eating lamb and asparagus lamb and kale 3 or 4 days a week.

goat and lamb are staples of black food overseas

At times, I actually prefer lamb over steak. To me they’re pretty equal and doesn’t help the fact that I’m also an Aussie.
