I got a whole rack of lamb a while ago and by the time it was done I had half a pan of gerase. I trimmed it before i cooked it and it was still a lot of oil.Oily than a mofo, though
But the sht is good. Can’t be eating it regularly if you don’t want a heart bypass.![]()
lamb underrated, it’s kinda expensive tho
there is no lamb section in my grocery store![]()
my grandparents cooked it all the time...i always had to have bluee cheese melted on mines...
