What, you thought this was a non judgmental thread that was gonna teach you how to do pushups?
No nikka, I called you in here to SHAME you. It's a literal damn shame that your weak or fat @$$ (or both ) can't do 10 solitary pushups if your life depended on it.
You have failed as a man. You can't do pushups? You that weak or that fat where you can't push your own body weight?
I'm not asking you to lift nothing else, I'm just asking you to lift you.
You that much of a druggie or weed head or out of shape fat@$$ that you can't do the most basic activity of a man, which is push your weight up?
You should be ashamed of yourself.

I made a thread 3 weeks ago and I told y'all I was doing 100 pushups a day. Now I'm at 200.
I can do more for the simple fact that I've been DOING THEM. Your body will grow strong if you get on the floor and just do them.
I don't care if they're struggle pushups. I don't care if you can only do 5 at a time.
Do them! Do 5 right now and do 5 more an hour from now. Do what you can do!
And don't take the easy way out. Push yourself to your limit. This is how you get stronger.
I could have just stuck to doing 100 pushups a day but nah, I'm always pushing myself to go harder, to get stronger. So I kept adding on more until I got to 200 a day. This is what you should be doing as a MAN.
Don't be soft.
Don't be weak.
Be strong. Be a man.
