For real, if none of your squads have been to the state finals and had a number of guys playing at the next level, your HS probably sucked.

If you don't have guys who got NBA trails, your HS probably sucked. I could have transferred and went to a weak school and averaged 30PPG, 12 RPG and 5 BPG like I did in the YMCA. It was all good till I ran into Rashard Chase, Lil Bray and the boys from SW Atlanta. All them dudes played D1 Basketball and stayed winning state titles at Mays. Chase was a top 5 Freshman in HS.

Yep there was no way I was making my high school team so I didnt even try had two d1 athletes that started in college on my high shcool team and one was a McDonalds all american.

I thought Chase was going to be the next NBA superstar but he never grew since 8th grade. While guys like Josh Smith and Dwight Howard grew and became 6'10 and 6'8 and they are in the NBA till this day.

For my ATL posters, ya'll remember An'juan Wilderness? I could have swore he was going to be a beast as a freshman but he never grew since. Of course the best HS player I seen as a legit freshman was Louis Williams out of South Gwinnett. nikka was the best player in HS in Gwinnett as a true freshman. Him and Maya Moore ran Gwinnett Co for years.

Some dudes be peaking as a 8th graders. They stop putting in work and they think their the best but you just bigger than everybody. That's good in HS but in college, even got some size, you gotta have skills, BBIQ and work ethic to some degree. Unless you freakishly big.

nikkas don't believe me but Moore was a better athlete before those big titties grew. She was dunking in 9th grade. Her and Tasha Humprhies used to sell out the gyms. Tasha ugly ass stayed fukking mad nikkas. Her focus wasn't there. Maya was always focus and her mother made sure she wasn't hoeing like that. Her and Tasha was two tiers ahead of everyone I seen play. My HS has this girl who's probably just as talented but she's raw. Made it to the state title this year but lost a close game. The whole squad coming back tho and everyone is Sophomores.

If you never got cut from Varsity it just means your HS was trash at ball.

I went to a school where 100+ kids would try out and we'd routinely go deep into states and play high level competition. A lot of the kids getting cut were better than the dudes on the team but were academically terrible. A lot werent better but were still very fukking good. Dont sleep, at least 50 of the cut kids could work 98pct of the Coli.

Lil Bray was 5'6 but this nikka was Ulis quick and his handles was like one of them And1 dudes. He was next level nasty. He didn't have the advanced skills like Ulis.

I remember the game v. SW Atlanta.

I was like, I need better teammates.

These are 8th graders too, I am in 9th.

Bray and Chase much better than me. shyt, they better than anybody at my HS around our age and they not even in HS yet.

My HS had some high level D1 players who were Juniors. We went like 60-2 in two years.

It made me feel better when I saw Chase listed as a top 5 national freshman. Like i know I ain't that good but I got a chance right.

You know they good when you remember their name but you know they don't remember yours.

I actually never tried out for a team I only played for teams where everybody made it. All you had to do was sign up

Got cut trying out for the freshman team as an 8th grader. All the homies had the face looking at me while I walked out the room. Cried in the car, then got serious about my game. Never got cut again.

These threads always got knee grows lying about their basketball careers. Talmbout they played college ball but they never have receipts. I see y'all.
