I'm not counting shyt like batman and pokemon. I'm counting shyt that i never saw before cartoon network though, like scooby doo, tom and jerry, dragon ball z and all that toonami and hanna barbera shyt. And even if i don't include those, i still like the ones you mentioned better breh.
i liked rugrats pre dill , hey Arnold, angry beavers, doug, rocko, spongebob, kablam and fairly odd parents. I didn't care for real monsters and ren and stumpy. And when cartoon network had dexter and shyt popping nick had wack ass wild thornberrys and catdog. That was the beginning of the end. Live action wise i only liked early all that, Kennan and kell, and cousin skeeter. All that other shyt was wack to me.
I'm sure the Disney Channel has their stans too. 
It depends on which network you grew up on
