No, I don't know. But I do know that $4.1 billion is a good bit of money. That comes out to $14,000 per student at an HBCU, though obviously not all of them get it because some make too much to qualify. So it's probably more like an average of $15,000-$20,000 each for the ones who qualify.

I'd love for it to be more, I'd love for HBCUs to be tuition-free. But $4+ billion for students and $12 billion for the institutions was more than had ever been given before, so that's worth something.
