Whew!!! Thank you! Mommy issues are extremely toxic. Instead of resolving them they spread their hurt around.

Unfortunately resolving is easier said than done. No one cares about these males and no one is there to show them how to come to terms with this. We say that slavery shouldn't be forgotten but want people to forget their experience. Our community won't confront the idea of toxic motherhood and mental issues, though.

That’s your family. What does that have to do with the rest of us? In general women from certain cultures prioritize what makes their clit jump over who would be the best father to their children. Their own hedonistic desires take precedent over what would be best for their children/family. And the same goes for men seeding up thots, they prioritize their own hedonistic over what would be best for their child. People from certain other cultures generally place a higher emphasis on character

That was most Black families, which is where the whole notion or concept of the extended family came from. A lot of Black kids grew up spending more time with their grandparents, uncles and aunts than with their actual parents. Viewing it with a backwards lens it actually allowed kids to grow up with more mature experienced parents who had a lot more patience than younger inexperienced parents. In my own experience my parents used to take me and my siblings South every Summer to stay with my grandparents. We would leave Chicago and go to a small Southern country town and would end up spending just as much time with my uncles and aunts, as I did with my grandparents so I was raised by all of them. Those were good people that taught me a lot about the importance of family and being a man.

You writing about chick's clits jumping, but you also don't take into consideration that other groups of women do the same shyt. The difference culturally, at least it used to be, was the that Black women would give birth to their children; while those other women you are romanticizing would go out and abort their children. So I give Black women credit for at least womaning up and accepting responsibility for the results of their sexual urges. The issue that I see is the break down in the support system that used to be present in child rearing in Black communities. Big mama, Madea, granddaddy, aunt minnie and uncle junebug used to be just as responsible for raising the children as the young men and ladies that actually had the kids. That breakdown is where the problem is, but I still see a lot of Black grandparents raising their grandchildren to adulthood, but we don't mention high number of Black kids that have high school diplomas, trade certifications, college degrees and in the profession. The focus always is on the ratchet shyt, which inevitably goes to parenting. Well what the record number of Black people that are in the middle class? Shouldn't Black people get credit for the great parenting that happened in those folks lives? Another thing that Black people used to do was to unofficially adopt other people children. In a separate train of thought, we used to have a house full of neighbor kids that didn't have it as well as we had it, but they were just as much a part of my family as the actual family members.

A guy I'm seeing has a lot of homies. Some are great. Funny, gentlemen, considerate, smart, good conversation and just a pleasure to around. You meet their girl and they go great together. You talk to their girl and she's cool too.

Then the next time you see them they have another chick on their arm.
