Anyone can be racist including black people, people who claim otherwise don't even believe the nonsense their spewing. If its all about power and only white people can be then why are folks claiming indians and mexians are 'racist'.
Having said that power is needed for systematic racism but just the general shyt like thinking others are below you and thinking their lives are less valuable then yours because of their race, there are no prerequisites required

Black people to stop making excuses for criminality. Life sucks. We know. We live it. Yes you have to survive, but doing dirt to your community isn't absolvable.

Black folks also need to be more open to mental health-care.
