Honestly, I think I've been traumatized.
Now, when I say this, I don't mean brehs who have an actual business like retail, financial services, landscaping, construction, etc.
In my experience, Black people who talk about having a business are either talking out the side of their neck (they don't have a business but they love to tell people their business fantasies) or it's code for some MLM/pyramid scheme bullsh*t.
I technically have two small businesses and I don't tell people sh*t about that.
If I need work done around the house I prefer to go to a well established brand than the older breh who has been doing it for years.
Black women are rude/nasty to black dudes when performing customer service more vs being all smiles to whites.
Our hip hop culture breeds a lot negativity, superficiality ,selfishness, lack of morals and destructive behavior. Other races partake in it, but they have more fall back options than us if things go wrong.
I still partake in all the fukk shyt from time to time tho

I feel like 30% and of the black population are motivated and capable, 40% just go with the flow and the other 30% ain't shyt.

Not everything that is wrong in the black community is the fault of white folks
There is a serious lack of self accountablity in the black community on all fronts. It's like we have to have outside blame for everything and I'm not talking about racial issues. From finance, to health, etc
Many black women do in fact like thugs. I'm seeing it trend away from this to their credit
A lot of thugs and gang bangers are p*ssy af. They don't keep the same energy for the cops or for white gentrifiers that they do for the folks who look just like them. They're also gay. Join a group of nothing but men, Commit crimes with a bunch of men to get locked up with a bunch of men.
Too many black men and women are out of fukking shape and need to spend as much time in the gym as they do watching basketball and basketball wives respectively
Being smart, particularlly for black men, is viewed negatively until you get older. Many young men fall into peer pressure to do shyt like ball and rap that could have been doctors and engineers had they not been teased for their smarts as kidS

We’re too obsessed with sex.
We’re cheap.
We lack social skills, social graces, and self-awareness which contributes to many of our escalated encounters with law enforcement and others.
Customer service and quality of service is better in white neighborhoods than in black neighborhoods (white mans ice is indeed colder).
We like to lament about what new issues black men are going to get blamed for. But at the end of the day, men are leaders, men are in charge of their respective groups. Black men are the CEOs of our community. And like with any corporation, if anything goes wrong, the buck stops with the CEO, who, as the face of the corporation, has to man up and take responsibility because he did not have controls in place to identify, address, and correct the issues under his watch. What they don’t do is pass off responsibility to the VP. For the things that are in our control that we have allowed to go haywire in our community, the fault rest squarely on the shoulders of black men for not checking it. And any man that passes blame off on black women, is emasculated and not a man. A CEO will never let a VP override them.
The Black Christian Church is but a new age version of Vodou that our ancestors practiced.
