It would definitely be interesting to see. Due to the scale of their powers I would see a draw. Raven has access to a dimension that exists outside of time and the universe and the Phoenix universe can't be entered either.

Pre-52 Raven had so many great feats that I have to roll with her.

Has White Phoenix shown up in any recent comics? Stopped keeping up with it all.
