They should build a new stadium in DC. The team needs replenish the local fan base. Of the fans 15-20 years ago who used to sell out FedEx, someone joked that 25% have died and 25% have moved out of the DMV. It sounded funny but its kinda true.

When I first got to DC, I opened up a bank account and they gave me a Redskins card for years, I had to explain to people that I was NOT a fan lol. My lazy ass never went and got a new card until it expired.
