This is actually untrue. The 1988 brazillian constitution actually garuntees disabled people a monthly stipend .
But i do agree with you thats its an inadequite amount. Its an amount equivalent to the minimum wage of an able bodied person. Nearly $250.00 USD per month. Also worth noting that the level of assistance can can rise tho if the disabled person has no family.
