Resurrection, O.D.I.A.M.S. are much more raw mane. Those are pure Chicago classics. Older nikkaz than me in the Chi know what it is. To say Be better than those is a slap to face to the gawd NO I.D.

This exemplifies the greatness of Prince. Had a few misses here or there but was consistent and timeless. Music was subversive and relevant. Ballads and bangers. Blues to hard rock to soul. These threads just magnify the mans musical legacy in my eyes.

"Be" is probably a top 5 album of the past decade. You should give it a try. It was before Kanye and Common got ruined by White people.

one day itll make sense is def. better than finding forever. ff is a mid tier album in his catalog. marks the point for me where lyrically he began to come off a bit predictable and uninspired w/ his rhymes which seemed to get worse w/ each album thereafter. he was really starting to come into his popularity as an actor at the time.
