This is the first song I checked on Spotify and god he went in, haven't heard Com that hungry or focused in years. I was mad disappointed that I paid money for Nobody's Smiling but he may just get my money again here.

Album is nice. We seem to be getting some good solid music again Brehs. These gimmick artists seemed to be getting drowned out again.

Common has BARS...as I said earlier I wish he rapped more....I kinda zoned out due to extended singing or instrumentals that overstayed their welcome imo. Then the stretch from A Bigger Picture to Rain was the weakest section of the album but it ends triumphantly imo. The rest was brilliant.
Pyramids is other worldly.
If we going by the Source system...maybe 3.5 mics under the harshest possible rating.
Still best album this year coz this year has been dog shyt anyway, but that's not an insult towards Common. This is worthy of his exceptional discography.
