I always said Common was in his peak from '94-'99.

Once the weirdo Soulqueery's got him after that, sh*t got bizarre for a little bit. HAHA!

But dude was top tier for a few years, Resurrection on.

You right, technically it is 94 to 99

Lyrically he’s a beast starting in 94

I just love how his songwriting got even better by 97’ to 99’

Yeah, it’s weird. I liked the beats on LWFC but they would’ve fit more for a Neo Soul album as opposed to what Common needed at that time.

Nag Champa and Thelonius are great but both fit Slum’s Fantastic album more

Geto Heaven too

Common needed another album produced No ID and Dug Infinite for the year 2000.
