Smh how many people have been vaccinated and died vs actual people died to covidI’m not anti vaccine but I’m not in a rush to get vaccinated either. nikkas is dying from both the vaccine and the virus.
I haven't listened to the clip or heard his reasons but I don't think its ridiculous for black people to be against vaccines in general. There have been too many instances of the medical industry not being right to black people for so many years that black people have a right to be skeptical.
Y’all shytting on black people and the vaccine still ain’t even fda approved yet. More people are gonna take it in the future, but you can’t expect everyone to take it

I’m aware of one person who has died from a vaccine. The woman who died from the J&J blood clot. Please identify others who have a confirmed cause of death as vaccine.I’m not anti vaccine but I’m not in a rush to get vaccinated either. nikkas is dying from both the vaccine and the virus.

I believe it’s been a year since the trials started.wild how cocky and confident some of yall are on both the vax and antivax sides. the cockyness in the ones who took the vax, talkin it up like they know for a fact its 100% safe and just blindly trusting whatever chemicals were put in it. just total blind trust for the govt and pharmaceutical companies.
then u got the confidence of the antivaxers like they know without a shadow of a doubt that the vaccines are foul and that theyre better off without it. or that they know something about it that the rest of us dont. smh.
i aint neither of the above. i WANT the vaccine but i wouldnt dare inject it right now. just gonna wait a good year or 2 and see if there are any bad medical complications that begin popping up possibly as a result of the vax and wait until kinks have been ironed out. ive had numerous friends my age, some with bad asthma..all supposedly got covid and are all just fine now after getting over it. i just dont see the need to rush into getting that needle put in me. but i will get it once its been tried and true.
the problem is, there is no guarantee that the vax available now will protect u from a new variant that comes along anyway. hell, theres no guarantee it will protect u from the existing virus. i want to see with my own eyes, some years down the line, that everything is kosher with this shyt and not just take the word of experts. i need to see it and let time be the truthteller. id rather risk possibly getting the virus, which as i said, ive seen my own folks contract it and get over it just fine... vs. a mystery cocktail injection that just "might" work. as i said, i want the vaccine and am not an antivaxer.. but i do NOT want the beta version... im skeptical from both angles. it is what it is. yall can continue to be 100% in belief that u can trust these chemicals and the other side can vow to never take it. i will join the vaccinated crowd....but definitely not now.I believe it’s been a year since the trials started.
How do you factor in that by delaying you make it more likely that the virus persists and a deadlier and more transmissible variant emerges?
The studies show it is 94/95% effective in preventing serious illness and death.hell, theres no gauarantee it will protect u from the existing virus.
How will you do this? Won’t you just be relying on studies published by experts and the media to accurately report that the vaccine is effective? What do you plan to do personally to verify the safety and efficacy of the vaccine?i want to see with my own eyes, some years down the line, that everything is kosher with this shyt and not just take the word of experts.
Good to hear that people you know personally weren’t harmed. I know people who died. People who almost died. Plus what about the 500,000 who have died from it? How do you factor in that this is the most deadly virus in a century in whether to take the vaccine?id rather risk possibly getting the virus, which as i said, ive seen my own folks contract it and get over it just fine... vs. a mystery cocktail injection that just "might" work.
Which gets back to my original question which I don’t believe you answered. How do you factor in that delaying taking the vaccine increases the chance of a deadlier and more transmissible variant emerging?i will join the vaccinated crowd....but definitely not now.
Skepticism has turned into a buzzword for a lot of people as an immediate out they use when they ironically aren’t exercising true skepticism at all.Skepticism is one of the most important traits a rational person can have in their interactions with the world. But unfounded skepticism, skepticism without research and based on emotional appeals crosses into the territory of paranoia. The vast majority of anti-vaxxers have no clue how vaccines work and they don’t care to, their arguments are grounded purely in emotion and not logic. They form a conclusion and look for evidence to justify it
I’m on board with this. Very Fair post.I took the vaccine..but people aren't stupid or idiots if they have concerns about it. Especially black people with this country's history towards us. That said it was my family's personal decision to research it best we could and we decided to take it. Those that didn't aren't idiots..they just have a different perspective.
Topics like this are why politics is trash. People can't have civil discourse and disagree without being disagreeable. The goal is to attack the other side.

u too much of a soldier for this shyt for me breh. but salute to your passion. what i mean is im waiting until word and reports get around, after some years...if a bunch of foul shyt pops up as a result of the beta version of the vax, if im seein and hearin of folks i personally know having issues as a result of the vax, thats simply how i wait and see with my own eyes. i just dont blindly trust shyt. if u do, and u want to be a soldier for it, then more power to u breh. this is just how im approaching it. i aint right i aint wrong. but that dont make u right u dig
