Are y'all slow :dahell: he's just talking about morals/principles angles that Kendrick used, telling Aubrey to find himself, etc.

Typically no one would talk like that on a diss track and make it actually work

nikka said spiritual lessons and y'all got hung up on it like that? :mjlol:
Drake fans been slow

wtf does that mean :dead:

That says more about you my guy. If you’re not from a spiritual cloth, how you expect to get spiritual gems? And this isn’t even exclusive to Kendrick. I would say the same about Freeway’s recent album for example.

Hip hop has always had bars that are only gonna HIT you if you’ve ever opened up a Bible/Quran/5 percent etc. A lot of rappers pull bars directly from scripture and some dudes would never know

It goes to his point about this beef—-and hip hop in general—-being at a unique space where fans can be anywhere from youngin to a OG. This is a less spiritual, more vapid generation so yea of course some fans and nggas like @Lil Bape the PostGod are gonna have surface level, basic comprehension and takes :yeshrug:
