Wanted a 2nd season so bad. That show was amazing. Another underrated show.

It was ok. It felt like a show that would have come out in 1999 instead of 2009. I think Mike Judge was trying to go for a liberal foil to King of the Hill but it leaned too much into the absurdity of extreme liberalism instead of just letting the characters breathe on their own if that makes any sense.
looking at it, i assumed that was the concept. pretty much where king of the hill was a variant of beavis and buttheads neighbor, that series was a variant of their hippy teacher
